Who we are
Mini Split Pros is a residential HVAC company based in Washington State that specializes in the installation of Mitsubishi Electric ductless mini-split systems. This policy applies to our website (minisplitpros.biz) and to our services.
Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to provide you with a quote and complete your installation. This includes:
Your name
Your contact information — phone number and email address
The installation address — the property where the mini-split system is to be installed
Installed equipment records — details about the mini-split system we install for you, such as the model, serial number, and installation date, so we can support your warranty and maintenance
If you use our online estimate calculator or contact forms, we may also collect information about your project, such as the number of rooms or zones, home size, and equipment preferences, so we can prepare an accurate quote. (Remove this paragraph if it does not apply.)
When you make a payment, your payment card details are handled directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Subcontractors and installation technicians — your name and installation address are shared so they can schedule and perform your installation.
Local authorities and permitting/inspection offices — your name and installation address may be shared to obtain required permits and complete inspections. In short, your data may be shared with subcontractors and local authorities in order to complete the installation and comply with permitting and legal requirements.
